\n \nConstruction Estimator / Project Manager
\nBadgett Constructors, LLC is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Project Manager to oversee building projects from initial pre-construction planning through final handover. This hybrid role balances exact cost forecasting with active onsite execution, serving as a critical bridge between contract acquisition and physical construction.
\n \nJob Breakdown1. Core Responsibilities

- Pre-Construction & Bidding: Analyze plans/specifications, execute accurate quantity takeoffs, solicit vendor or subcontractor pricing, and prepare finalized job proposals. \n
- Project Management & Delivery: Manage active project budgets, track labor/material expenses, establish master schedules, administer change orders, handle RFIs/submittals, and collaborate with field superintendents to ensure code compliance and safety. \n

- Education & Experience: Construction Estimating / Project Management skills required. \n
- Technical Proficiencies: Advanced blueprint reading skills, expertise in spreadsheet manipulation (Microsoft Excel), and experience using digital takeoff and project scheduling tools. \n
