What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Manager , you’ll:

Lead daily store operations
Delegate team tasks effectively
Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Deliver exceptional guest service

You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.

What We’re Looking For

A successful candidate will have:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
Ability to manage performance goals
Excellent communication and guest service skills
A track record of accountability and results
Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally

Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.

Hours & Expectations

Part-time assistant manager role
Typically, 25-30 hours per week, including weekends
On-floor leadership and presence
Flexible to cover peak operational periods (may include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
