Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Duties include performing various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the office space, managing office supplies, assisting with scheduling, operating office equipment, managing records and files, assisting with bookkeeping, managing the office phone system, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is highly preferred. Proven experience in customer service, front desk, and phone etiquette is required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is required. Familiarity with office software and technology is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills: Strong administrative and clerical skills, excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, proficiency in data entry and file management, experience with office management and supply inventory, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong organizational and time management skills, experience with QuickBooks and office software.

Pay: $16.27 - $16.60 per hour

Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance

Schedule: 8-hour shift
