Medical Claims Eligibility Specialist

$22/hr Mon-Fri | 8AM-5PM

100% Onsite

Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Review EOBs and payment remittances

• Follow up on denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims

• Process in-network and out-of-network claims

• Maintain accurate claim documentation

• Analyze HCFA 1500, UB-04, COB, surgery/anesthesia, and high-dollar claims

Qualifications:

• Medical billing, collections, claims, or insurance experience required

• Ability to interpret EOBs and remittances

• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills

• No Surprises Act knowledge is a plus
