Vascular Territory Manager - Birmingham, AL

Becton Dickinson seeks a Vascular Territory Manager to drive sales growth for Bard Peripheral Vascular products in the assigned territory. The role combines direct sales responsibility with clinical support, customer relationship building, and strategic account development within the vascular and interventional cardiology markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within assigned territory
• Develop strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Build relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, and clinical staff
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training on device use and benefits
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures to ensure product performance and satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, business, or related field
• 3-5 years of medical device sales experience with vascular or interventional cardiology background preferred
• Proven success exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships
• Clinical and technical understanding of complex medical devices and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce
• Ability to travel extensively within territory with occasional overnight stays
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
