Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL

Job Summary Ferguson is hiring a truck driver responsible for delivering materials to customers, managing loads, and ensuring safety compliance. Compensation is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Pay & Schedule $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (competitive). Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance Wellness Programs; 401(k) with company match Paid time off: vacation, sick, personal, holiday, parental leave Employee Assistance Programs; Associate discounts Community involvement opportunities Safe Driver incentive; hourly bonus potential Qualifications At least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license Follow DOT standards and regulations Maintain a valid DOT Medical card Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus Strong communication and customer‑focused approach Comfortable with basic technology, including iPad usage Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and provide delivery tickets Pick up customer returns and validate products for credit requests Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel truck, and report issues to supervisor Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE; wear safety harness with maximum capacity of 400 lbs Work overtime as needed Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
