Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience necessary
• Must have a dependable, insured personal vehicle
• Have a valid driver's license with fewer than six MVR points
• Must show proof of vehicle liability insurance
• Must have a copy of a high school diploma or GED
• Pass fingerprinted background checks 
• Must have a passion to help others
• Must have active listening skills
• Must have patience with others
• Willingness to travel locally with clients

Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available:

• 1st shift (7 AM - 3 PM)
• 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
• 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

Pay:

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour base rate
PLUS behavior, complexity, and ratio diff add-ons.

Expected hours:

24 – 45 hours per week

Work Location:

Client's home and community settings.
