Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and manage diagnostic testing while crafting individualized care strategies
• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, or episodic conditions, either independently or in collaboration with physicians (within your credentialing)
• Provide valuable education to patients and families on wellness, prevention, and disease management
• Prescribe necessary medications and therapies in alignment with your professional scope
• Engage in follow-up care and chronic disease management for optimal patient outcomes
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete records in electronic medical systems

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington State
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
