Job Summary :\n

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Director to oversee all operations of our clinical laboratory. The director will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and implement policies to ensure high-quality, accurate testing.

Key Responsibilities :\n

Supervise laboratory operations and staff.
\n
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements.
\n
Develop and implement lab policies and procedures.
\n
Oversee quality control, budgeting, and resource management.

Qualifications :\n

\n
Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Pathology, or related field.
\n
Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (e.g., ASCP).
\n
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
