Level 1 RN Med/Surg 1st Acute – Contract to Perm (14 Weeks)

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,914 – $2,149/week
Schedule: Full-Time 3x12s, day/night shift variable, every other weekend, holiday, plus 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks

• Provide direct and indirect patient care on Med/Surg 1st Acute unit under NYS RN scope

• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress

• Deliver specialized cardiac care, including telemetry monitoring

• Educate patients and families on self-care, lifestyle changes, and post-discharge care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care

• Maintain infection control, patient safety, and documentation standards

• Mentor and delegate to other staff as appropriate, promoting teamwork and leadership

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

• NYS RN Licensure (Required)

• BLS & ACLS certifications (Required)

• Minimum 1 year experience as Med/Surg RN
