PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist - Joliet Location

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance. The Physical Therapist will perform individualized evaluations and design goal-directed customized plans to improve the patient's physical function and mobility.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans.
• Consult with patients on their progress and rehabilitation goals.
• Assist patients in improving their physical performance and mobility.

This position offers a schedule of 4 - 10 hour days.
