This position is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives while promoting a positive workplace culture at The Inn at Perry Cabin.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Coordinate and support all recruiting activities for The Inn at Perry Cabin.Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Post and manage job openings through recruiting platforms, the company website, social media channels, and other sourcing methods.Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive new hire experience.Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.Support employee relations by addressing employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters in a professional and confidential manner.Promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.Assist with planning and coordinating employee events, training programs, and HR communications.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.Support benefits administration, leave management, and other HR programs as assigned.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Maintain and update all HR bulletin boards, labor law postings, employee notices, communication boards, and recruiting displays to ensure information remains current, accurate, and compliant.Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records and HR systems, and support workforce planning initiatives.Build positive working relationships with employees and managers throughout the organization.Provide guidance and support regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Promote and uphold the culture, values, and service standards of The Inn at Perry Cabin.What are we looking for?Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely, safe, and efficient manner in accordance with established property policies, procedures, and service standards.Meet departmental productivity, organization, and quality standards.Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude at all times.Treat guests, members, employees, vendors, and business partners with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of employee, guest, and member information.Maintain a professional appearance and project a favorable image of The Inn at Perry Cabin at all times.Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, supervisors, managers, and directors.Be flexible with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies.Be knowledgeable of, implement, communicate, and adhere to all Human Resources and company policies and procedures.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign, reassign, or modify duties, responsibilities, or work schedules at any time.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other business-related software applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAININGHigh School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources, recruiting, training, or related experience required.Hospitality experience preferred; luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.Progressive Human Resources and/or hotel operations experience preferred.HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.Bilingual proficiency is a plus.undefinedCompensation:$22.00-$22.50Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
