Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, and grooming

• Monitor and report patient status to licensed nursing staff, including vital signs, skin integrity, and overall condition

• Perform various tasks, such as lifting, transferring, and positioning patients safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as a CNA; prior experience preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely and efficiently

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
