Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.**Job Purpose and Impact**The Maintenance Supervisor on 3rd shift will supervise the management and control of maintenance, repair and operations warehouse materials within the organization. In this role, you will oversee a team that executes tactical activities to meet the area strategies.**Key Accountabilities*** Plan and prioritize material and obsolescence management as well as maintain condition strategies to provide operational effectiveness.* Execute storeroom processes associated with receiving, inventory and dispatching for both internal and external locations.* Collaborate with vendors and contract adherence related to maintenance repair and operations stores activities.* Ensure all maintenance repair and operations materials are in optimum conditions.* Improve collaborations with maintenance processes for smooth work management integration.* Provide feedback on process and continuous improvement activities.* Other duties as assigned* Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports.
