Talent & People Specialist - Junior (Fully Remote)

Manage day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, HRIS records, leave, expenses, and payroll preparation. Conduct HR interviews, coordinate onboarding, and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to equipment access. Improve HR processes through automation, documentation, and AI tools. Requirements: 0-2 years of professional experience with interest in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing work. Curiosity with digital tools, HRIS/ATS platforms, and interest in AI and automation. Fluent French with English B2+; strong written communication and organizational skills. Fully remote in Europe with flexible working hours and vacation. Coworking budget up to €200/month and equipment budget. Mentoring from an experienced People team, plus retreats and development.
