Compensation:

$125,500 - $285,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with leads to build a strong client base.
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Set appointments for both buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
• Nurture client relationships through consistent communication via phone, email, and follow-up systems.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date to ensure seamless tracking of client interactions.
• Track your progress toward team goals to stay aligned with our collective vision.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads to create a robust client base.
• Proven track record of setting and attending appointments to facilitate successful transactions.
• Skill in using CRM systems to accurately track and manage client interactions.
