Sr Program Services Manager

Summary:

In this role, you will develop and manage operations and quality assurance for high-impact sourcing programs that deliver client value and support program participation. You will optimize programs to enhance client and supplier value through sales enablement, revenue growth, program utilization, performance analysis, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to achieve program objectives.
• Develop promotional materials, reports, and training resources and educate internal and external clients on program components.
• Support contracting teams with program implementation, client onboarding, and ongoing client engagement.
• Identify client and supplier targets for new business opportunities and develop new value propositions and program capabilities.
• Manage client and supplier issues, adjustments, and ad hoc requests to support effective program operations.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic business reviews with key clients, suppliers, and distributors.
• Partner with management to facilitate council and panel meetings, gather client feedback, share best practices, and guide program strategies.
• Establish and track program success metrics and deliverables, including participation, utilization, enrollment, and financial incentives.
• Analyze program performance using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, track revenue and sales, conduct market basket analyses, and communicate actionable insights.
• Serve as an operational liaison for internal and external clients by addressing questions, supporting sales opportunities, and communicating program impacts.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program performance data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI required.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• On site Hybrid - 3 days. Two locations- Irving TX & Centennial CO.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
