Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage acute and chronic conditions of patients with complex medical needs. Perform assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document patient progress. Assist in discharge planning and patient education. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (any specialty acceptable). Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
