A significant portion of our work is within the public sector, where we help government organizations streamline high-volume processes, improve data quality, and modernize critical operations through automation.The Business Analyst with Invoke Public Sector serves as a trusted advisor and liaison between government stakeholders, audit authorities, and technical delivery teams. This role is heavily focused on compliance-driven automation initiatives supporting RPA. The analyst will lead requirements elicitation, process standardization, and documentation efforts to ensure solutions meet operational, regulatory, and mission needs.As this role supports public sector clients, U.S. citizenship is required.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for automation initiatives.Translate complex business processes into clear, auditable functional requirements and user stories.Support RPA and Digital Underwriting efforts with strong process mapping (as-is / to-be).Lead process discovery and fit-gap assessments to define business value and implementation priorities.Define success metrics, controls, and documentation required for audit and sustainment.Support stakeholder workshops, working sessions, and remote collaboration across distributed teams.Contribute to reusable standards, templates, and best practices for automation delivery.-ExperienceRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree required. xhyhwjd 2-7 years of experience in business analysis or process transformation roles.Preferred: Experience with UiPath, or experience with other complex software implementations such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, cloud infrastructure providersPreferred CertificationsUiPath Automation Business Analyst CertificationCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Agile or SAFe CertificationThis role requires On-Sight presence in Montgomery, Alabama
