Our skilled nursing team plays a key role in delivering on that mission every day. We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who values one-on-one patient care, flexibility, and having the support of a local team. What You’ll Do * Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes * Perform skilled visits, including wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions * Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families * Work with our team and patients to help create a schedule that works for you No OASIS documentation required! We serve Medicaid and private-pay clients, giving you the opportunity to provide focused, hands-on care without the administrative burden of OASIS.
