Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies tailored to each client's needs
• Build genuine, trusted relationships through great service
• Guide clients through their coverage decisions with care
• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Assist with claims processing and provide support throughout the process.
• Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Active insurance license (will will help with getting licensed)
• Strong communication skills and a warm personality
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
• Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
