Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve motor functions, mobility, and physical wellness among residents.
• Guide patients through tailored exercises and therapeutic activities, focusing on enhancing their independence in daily activities.
• Regularly document patients' progress and daily activities, while collaborating with supervising therapists to modify treatment approaches as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records to comply with healthcare regulations and institutional requirements.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and individual education plan (IEP) discussions to contribute to comprehensive care strategies for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
