Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and restorative programs; accurately documenting patient progress; collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team; educating patients and families; and contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment that promotes dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
