We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team and provide the highest quality of care for our residents. The Director will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers, coordinate personalized care, and collaborate with community leadership to enhance resident and family satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Valid driver’s license. Minimum of three years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation. Provide leadership and coaching to licensed nurses and direct care staff, and may lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members. Determine the HWD level based on community complexity, including medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, and regulatory factors.
