Perspire Sauna Studio Georgetown is seeking energetic, dependable, and motivated Membership Sales Associates who are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience while helping grow our membership community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, exceeding sales goals, and making a meaningful impact every day.

Hours: 15–35 hours per week

Availability Required: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Studio Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Position Summary

As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the first impression of Perspire Sauna Studio. You will provide exceptional customer service, educate guests about the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and wellness services, drive membership sales, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio.

This position combines hospitality, consultative sales, and operational excellence to create an outstanding experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales

• Meet and exceed membership and package sales goals.
• Conduct personalized consultations and recommend membership options based on guest needs.
• Confidently present the value and benefits of Perspire Sauna Studio memberships.
• Follow up with prospective members using our CRM through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Convert first-time guests into long-term members through exceptional service and relationship building.

Guest Experience

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations efficiently.
• Conduct informative studio tours for prospective members.
• Answer questions regarding memberships, services, pricing, and studio amenities.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and excited to return.

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
• Clean and sanitize sauna suites after every guest session ("flip" rooms).
• Restock towels, retail products, and studio supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the studio consistently meets Perspire's cleanliness and operational standards.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow team members to achieve studio goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while supporting teammates.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve sales and service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, spa, or wellness industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
