Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established hospital and facility protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
