Position Summary The Springs Living is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Senior Vice President of Operations and The Springs Living communities by providing operational assistance, project management, leadership continuity, and statewide support. This role requires regular and frequent travel to effectively support community operations, leadership transitions, and regional initiatives. A key responsibility of this position is providing flexible and responsive operational coverage, including temporarily serving in communities without an Executive Director or Administrator until one is hired. The Operations Specialist must be adaptable, collaborative, and capable of stabilizing operations during leadership transitions. Primary Purposes Support to the Regional Director of Operations team in overseeing TSL community operations Assistwith developing and implementing regional strategic initiatives Serve as an operational resource and liaison between communities and theSenior Vice Presidentof Operations Manage assigned projects and report progress and outcomes Provide interim administrative and leadership support when a community is without an Executive Director or Administrator Support communities across the entire TSL portfolio Essential Functions Provide operational support while reinforcing The Springs Living brand standards, policies, procedures, and goals Serve as interim operational leadership in communities without an Executive Director or other key leadership roles, ensuring continuity, compliance, and stable operations Travel regularly to provide onsite support, training, project oversight, and operational stabilization Lead assigned regional or community projects, overseeing deliverables, tracking progress, and reporting results Evaluate operational systems and procedures; recommend and support implementation of improvements Support training, onboarding, and mentoring of new Executive Directors and community leaders Assistwith monitoring and interpreting key performance indicators andidentifyingareas needing attention Support communities inmaintainingcompliance with state licensing requirements and preparing for surveys and inspections Reinforce consistent communication and collaboration between home office, regional leadership, and community teams Engage professionally and compassionately with residents, families, staff, vendors, and stakeholders Providetimelyreports, updates, and documentation as requested Support implementation of regional initiatives and operational best practices Periodically review systems, workflows, and reporting processes to improve efficiency Be available 24/7 for after-hours calls and emergency community support Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, healthcare management, or equivalent experience 3–5 years of senior living, hospitality, healthcare operations, or related leadership experience preferred Current Oregon RCF/ALF Administrator License or willing to obtain one Mustmaintainrequired CEUs and complete all mandatory training Ability to serve in a temporary leadership capacity in licensed communities Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in PC applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness and ability to travelfrequently Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Benefits Health insurance (includes zero co-pay for mental health counseling) Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Short-term and Long-term disability Employee assistance programFlexible spending account Life insurance Paid time off/Sabbatical Professional development On-site chiropractic care Employee Wellness Platform On-site gym Discounted Gym Membership Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines This position is based in Beaverton, Oregon #J-18808-Ljbffr Springs Living, LLC
