Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to support an outpatient hospital retail pharmacy setting. The position involves ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications in a well-structured environment with a strong support team that includes a Pharmacy Manager, one full-time pharmacist, and two pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill prescription orders and verify technician-prepared products before release.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the pharmacy and controlled substances.
• Enter orders and patient information with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Indiana pharmacy license is required.
• Prior pharmacy experience, particularly in outpatient hospital retail settings.
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX order entry system is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to patient safety.

Schedule:

• Four to five days per week.
• Hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Contract Duration:

• Approximately 8 to 13 weeks.
