Warehouse Forklift Operator

Pay rate: $20.00- $21.00/hr Hours: 5:30am- 2:00pm, M-F Location: Bethlehem, PA Temp to hire Summary:

Looking for someone that is reliable, a safe worker and a team player. On a daily basis the temp will do forklift operations duties of picking and storing product. They will be standing on a forklift reach truck throughout the day. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs anything heavier assistance will be made available. No driving other than forklift is required. Dress Code: No open toe shoes and no graffiti t shirts. The worksite is Ricoh 5220 Jaindl Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA 18017 and parking is available and free.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker or Sit down forklift.
• RF scanner experience.
• Must have excellent math, reading comprehension skills and the ability to write legibly Minimum of two years warehouse experience with one year of stand-up (Reach, Dock stocker) forklift experience.
• Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks that will require significant, walking, standing, bending, reaching and safely lifting up to 50lbs for extended periods of time. Team lift for items over 50lbs.
• Must have the ability to take direction and complete all work assignments as instructed within established timelines.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work and interact with fellow co-workers.
• High degree of attention to detail and environment to prevent injury to others and property damage; Promoting a safe work environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
