Job Description
Title: Paid Media Specialist/Senior Paid Media Specialist (Paid media advertising, Snapchat, QA campaigns, acquisition/performance)
\nLocation (anyone): Burbank CA/New York NY (4-days Onsite/week)
\nDuration: 11-months (Senior)/5-months (Junior) contract
\nMax pay rate: $38.50 (Junior) and $49.00 (Senior)/hr on W2 (Only on W2)
\n \nSenior role:
\nApproximately 3 years of experience was identified.
\nStrong campaign execution/activation experience.
\nFamiliarity with Meta Business/Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager was specifically discussed.
\nAbility to launch and QA campaigns and understand acquisition/performance.
\nDirect-response experience is required.
\nMedia/entertainment experience is preferred but not required.
\n \nJunior role:
\n2+ years paid media advertising experience.
\nDeep knowledge of paid media platforms
\nExcitement for new and emerging media tactics such as audio and pCTV
\nMust have experience with direct response campaigns
\nAbility to partner with analytics team to use real-time data, testing, and campaigns learnings to effectively optimize and manage campaigns
\n \nResponsibilities
\nSupport the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across clients, with a focus on driving subscriber acquisition and achieving performance goals.
\nManage day-to-day campaign execution across major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging social platforms.
\nPartner closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimized effectively, and aligned with broader acquisition strategies and business priorities.
\nMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, audience strategy, creative performance, and overall campaign effectiveness.
\nSupport the development, documentation, and implementation of paid social best practices across clients accounts.
\nContribute to the team's testing and experimentation roadmap, including campaign optimization tests, audience strategies, creative testing, bidding approaches, attribution and measurement initiatives, and new platform products.
\nPartner with Analytics and Measurement teams to evaluate test results and campaign performance and help translate findings into actionable recommendations.
\nIdentify and evaluate new platform betas, advertising products, targeting capabilities, and emerging opportunities with social platform partners.
\nStay current on social and digital media trends and proactively identify opportunities that could benefit clients subscriber acquisition.
\nDevelop campaign analyses, test readouts, and strategic recommendations and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders, agency teams, and platform partners.
\nCollaborate cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, Media Strategy, and other partners to support campaign development and execution.
\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and external platform teams.
\nEffectively manage multiple campaigns, tests, projects, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
