We also provide a robust benefits package, including:Health insurancePaid time off (PTO)Opportunities for professional growthA Day in the Life of a Leasing Agent As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility is to optimize occupancy by leasing units and maintaining a strong lease renewal program. Your day-to-day duties will include:Conducting property tours and showcasing available units and amenitiesResponding to inquiries via phone, email, and social mediaFollowing up with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing processCollaborating with property staff to develop and implement marketing and sales strategiesMaintaining strong closing ratios and working to meet or exceed occupancy goalsPreparing accurate rental paperwork and clearly explaining lease terms to residentsEnsuring safety by promptly reporting hazards and assisting with property upkeepQualifications · High school diploma or equivalent · Experience in customer service or the service industry (leasing experience is a plus, but not required) · Flexible availability, including "on call" hours as needed · Valid driver's licenseWho We're Looking For If you are organized, friendly, and professional with strong communication skills—and if you're ready to be part of a team that values both service and safety—we want to meet you!
