Role Overview As an RN- Occ Health Cont, you will maintain an autonomous nursing practice focused on occupational health within a safe and healthy work environment. You will support employees by addressing their health needs, ensuring compliance with state nursing standards, and contributing to a culture of wellness. Your role is critical in safeguarding the health and productivity of our workforce. What You Will Do Promote, protect, and restore employees' health using AAOHN domains of occupational health nursing. Provide nursing care within the context of a safe and healthy manufacturing and non-manufacturing environment. Adhere to the nursing practice standards of the State of Michigan. Utilize sound independent nursing judgment to address complex health issues. Collaborate effectively with others to ensure high-quality occupational healthcare services. Maintain accurate documentation and communication of employee health status and interventions. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications RN diploma/degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Valid RN license in the State of Michigan. Current BCLS certification. 12 months of accumulated nursing experience within the last 5 years, or completion of 1200 verified hours of employment within the last 12 months as a new graduate. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Experience in occupational healthcare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
