You'll deliver strategic technology initiatives for energy clients, working closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams to design, configure, and enhance OpenLink Endur solutions that support trading, risk, and operational objectives. gMotion experience is required for this role. The work is techno-functional, so you'll need strong technical capability on the Endur platform plus the business analysis skills to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions. If you like roles where you sit between the trading desk and the platform, owning both the requirements and the build, this is that role. Responsibilities Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink Endur solutions, including gMotion, to meet business and operational requirements Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Analyze existing systems and processes to identify optimization and platform improvement opportunities Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and support users throughout delivery lifecycles Produce client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans Qualifications 5+ years as a Business Analyst, OpenLink Developer, or techno-functional consultant Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and extending OpenLink Endur in complex environments gMotion experience is required Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field Preferred Consulting experience within a management or technology consulting environment Experience inside energy or utilities trading organizations Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery governance frameworks Exposure to trading, risk management, or energy commodity platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Elios AI
