Part-Time Community Associate

Community Associate Address: 317 East Capitol Street, Suite 200, 39201 Jackson, Mississippi The opportunity As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs to allow customers to focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG Arrive early to ensure center readiness. Assist customers with WiFi code changes, package status, directions, projector setup, coffee recommendations, and other immediate requests. Ensure services are properly billed and invoices accurate. Handle mail deliveries and notify customers about package pickup. Support customers with printing, invoicing, and service portal tickets. Plan and execute networking events with Community Manager, including e‑invites, posters, and outreach to prospects. Facilitate group wrap‑up in meeting rooms, recommending nearby restaurants. About you We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service and meeting the following: A good communicator, building professional relationships and empathizing with needs (ideally, 1+ year customer service experience). Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions. Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast‑changing environments. Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
