Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for an assignment in Freeport, Illinois. Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State License is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. 88% PCT Requirement for this position. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Location: Freeport, IL. Duration: 13 weeks. Work Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift. Employment Type: Travel. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Benefits Weekly, on‑time pay.
