Pine Community Center, Wexford PAHours: Part Time; Up To 28 Hours; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5:45am to 12:30pmBenefits: Sick Hours, Low Price Community Center MembershipSummaryPine Community Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to create a positive experience for members and guests. This role serves as a primary point of contact, assisting visitors, processing memberships and registrations, answering questions, and supporting daily operations of the Community Center. Responsibility Highlights Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors.Answer phone calls, emails, member inquiries, and in-person questions.Process new memberships, renewals, and program registrations.Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.Assist members with general fitness equipment orientation and demonstrations.Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workspaces and equipment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous customer service experience preferred.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility.Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.Comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment.Why Join Us?Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional recreation, fitness, and community experiences.
