Job Description

Our esteemed organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Pediatric Endocrinologist to become part of our renowned Pediatric Endocrinology team. We are recognized as a leading institution in the state for diabetes management and endocrine care, consistently earning a spot among the top 15 programs nationally according to U.S. News & World Report.

Employment Overview

Your role will involve the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients at various locations, including Riley Hospital, Methodist Hospital, IU North in Carmel, and potential outreach sites.
We promote a healthy work/life balance, with in-patient call shared equitably among all physicians, averaging about 4 weeks of call per year.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and certified diabetes care and education specialists.
This position includes a faculty appointment with the IU School of Medicine, offering extensive clinical supervision and research opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience in pediatric endocrinology or diabetes care.
We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and a commitment to the core values of our organization (purpose, compassion, excellence, teamwork).
A fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetology is required.
Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana.
