This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Our regular schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological state of patients and establish individualized treatment approaches tailored to their specific conditions.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing coping strategies and fostering emotional resilience among patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care, ensuring a multifaceted approach to treatment.

• Reactively support patients during mental health crises, providing crisis intervention and management strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, or PsyD in the state of Maryland.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
