Your Mission

1. Prospect Close: Aggressively work our lead pond, capitalize on Zillow Preferred opportunities, build your sphere, and develop new business.
2. Advise Negotiate: Deliver compelling listing presentations, match buyers to their dream homes, and negotiate winning deals for your clients.
3. Manage the Hustle: Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in Follow Up Boss, host dynamic open houses, and master the local market inventory.
4. Deliver Premium Service: Provide responsive, knowledgeable, and deeply ethical service from the initial consultation to the closing table.

Who You Are

1. Licensed Ready: You currently hold an active Florida real estate license.
2. A Driven Self-Starter: You are a highly motivated, coachable professional eager to follow proven systems to build a sustainable, long-term business.
3. A Confident Communicator: You are comfortable initiating conversations, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating complex contracts.

The Details

1. Compensation: $60,000 – $200,000+ (This is an independent contractor, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential based on your conversion and work ethic).
2. Job Type: Full-time, independent contractor.
3. Schedule: Self-managed flexibility. Real estate happens on evenings and weekends, and your schedule will reflect your clients' needs.
