Job Description
- Manage inventory of utility equipment and tools using [Maximo and/or Excel].
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliation of physical stock against digital records to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor inventory thresholds and automatically alert designee/supervisor to request purchase requisitions for critical utility components to prevent project delays.
- Material Handling & Logistics
Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols regarding the storage and handling of materials.
Inspect incoming items for damage, verified packing slips against purchase orders, and process returns for defective goods.
