Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients in an acute and skilled care facility, focusing on high-quality health care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current certifications as required for the role.
