Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager

to own purchasing, back bar cost control, retail strategy, and seasonal activations across four luxury salon locations.

What You'll Own

Company-wide inventory accuracy (retail, boutique, back bar) COGS targets and cost-per-service performance Vendor strategy and purchasing optimization SKU lifecycle decisions (test / scale / retire) Quarterly merchandising resets Seasonal promotions + loyalty alignment Inventory forecasting and par management Executive-level dashboards with clear insights You'll turn inventory from a cost center into a growth engine.
