Office Associate Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$14.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

Manage and maintain customer accounts, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
Audit print products for billing accuracy
Process vendor invoices for payment
Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment arrangements, and account discrepancies, including collections and reconciliations
Work closely with internal departments to resolve account issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system

Office Associate Qualifications:

2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a small office setting
Strong organizational and time?management skills
