Child Support Specialist

CJR in Wethersfield, CT is seeking an Assistant Case Coordinator to support youth in a transitional living program. You will teach daily living skills, document progress, maintain safety, and assist with transportation to appointments and activities. Responsibilities include completing incident reports, conducting safety checks, organizing individualized support plans, and providing mentorship and conflict resolution.
