Location: West Chester, OH 45014
Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 8AM - 5PM possibly overtime and on weekends if need be

Salary: $18-$21/hr.

Job Summary

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Puller for a client in West Chester, Ohio. This position is responsible for pulling and preparing orders, moving and organizing warehouse materials, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of warehouse experience and is comfortable operating material handling equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, or order pickers. Experience handling industrial supplies, carbon flanges, and fittings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately according to order requirements.
• Operate forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and order pickers to move and retrieve materials.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with receiving incoming inventory.
• Verify products, quantities, and materials before staging orders for shipment.
• Organize and store materials in designated racks, shelves, and warehouse locations.
• Assist with packing, staging, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material handling.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, or order picker cherry picker preferred.
• Ability to accurately pull orders and handle warehouse inventory.
• Experience handling carbon flanges, fittings, pipe, or other industrial materials is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to regularly handle materials weighing 10–50 pounds and occasionally heavier materials using appropriate equipment.
• Must be able to pass the employer's required background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving materials throughout the workday. Employees must be able to perform the essential job duties safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
