Management and Program Assistant

FV-0344-E Incumbent will perform basic and routine tasks under the general direction of the Office Manager, Frontline Manager, or Administrative Officer personnel in day-to-day operations of the office. FV-0344-E To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-D, FG/GS-3/6. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in, or related to, the position to be filled. Specialized experience at the next lower level, FV-D: Experience using various office automation software systems to create letters/memos, reports, spreadsheets; Experience in performing a wide variety of administrative functions to include records keeping, travel administration, time and attendance management, organizing and managing files and records, scheduling meetings, and other administrative functions in support of an office.
