About us:
Expert appliance is a locally owned appliance sales and service company with our storefront located in Marlboro, New Jersey. We are currently looking for an experienced HIGH END Appliance Technician to join our growing team on a full time basis.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Technician with 5+ years of hands-on field experience to handle in-home service calls throughout Monmouth County. This is a commission-based role paying 45% of all completed service work , with strong earning potential and clear room for growth as you build your customer base and take on more complex jobs.

What we’re looking for
•Proven experience servicing high-end appliance brands such as Miele, Sub-Zero, Viking, and similar premium products
•Strong experience with built-in refrigerators, double ovens, wall ovens, cooktops, ranges, dishwashers, and other luxury kitchen appliances

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional appliance repair experience (field service preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own set of hand tools and basic appliance repair equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong customer-service skills and professional appearance
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various home environments
• Reliable transportation and smartphone for dispatching

Compensation & Benefits

• 45% commission on all completed service calls (high-volume opportunity)
