Outside Sales Rep — $200K+ Potential | Warm Leads + Company Truck (San Jose / Bay Area)

Location: Based in San Jose — you'll run the greater Bay Area, roughly San Jose to San Francisco
Type: Full-time, W-2 outside sales
Pay: Uncapped commission, paid weekly. Top reps earn $200,000+. No ceiling.

We hand you warm leads every week, a truck, the uniform, the training, and a product homeowners actually want. You bring the closing ability. If you've carried a sales bag before — wireless, solar, cars, home services, anything where you had to close — and you're tired of a cap on your check, this is the seat.

We've been doing this in California for over a decade, and we sell a product that saves homeowners thousands versus a full roof replacement. People say yes because it makes sense. Right now we're expanding hard in the Bay Area and we need one more closer who wants to run.

What you'll do

• Run company-provided warm leads across the San Jose–to–San Francisco corridor (residential is the bread and butter, with commercial mixed in)
• Climb a ladder and walk a typical one-story roof to perform a basic inspection (we train you on exactly what to look for)
• Sit at the kitchen table and close — present, handle objections, and sign the deal
• Keep your pipeline and follow-ups tight

What you need

• Real sales experience — this is non-negotiable. You've closed before and you can prove it.
• Comfortable on a ladder and on a one-story roof (no fear of heights)
• A construction, roofing, or trades background is a big plus — if you've swung a hammer and sold, you'll thrive here
• Valid driver's license and clean enough record to drive the company truck
• Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to out-earn everyone you know
