What would my job responsibilities be? Use your genuine and authentic personality to deliver impeccable service for all group and social catering events, both on property and at off‑site venues Maintain heightened awareness and presence in all service areas, taking anticipatory actions to create exceptional, memorable experiences Execute refined event setup and breakdown, ensuring all décor, tables,serviceware, and equipment meet Four Seasons standards Foster strong, open communication within the banquet team to ensure flawless coordination and seamless service throughout each event Serve as a confident problem solver in every guest interaction, upholding the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve guest concerns with grace and efficiency Assistguests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, and any other details essential to their experience What will it be like working forus?
