Location: Greensboro, NC Shift: 1st 7am-3pm

Pay: $15.00

Responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing educational and laboratory products for shipment. Ensures items are correctly packaged, protected, and meet company quality standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack products, kits, and materials according to work orders and shipping requirements.
• Verify item counts, product accuracy, and order completeness before packing.
• Label, seal, and prepare boxes or containers for shipment.
• Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing.
• Select appropriate packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
• Organize packed orders for shipping and staging areas.
• Follow detailed instructions and production guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work as required.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work orders.
• Basic counting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
